i The total estimated project cost and amount to be assessed; including engineering and administration is $46,500.00. The estimated cost per square foot is $0.285038 (rounded) (See attached A'ITACHIvIENT 5-Assessment Roll). PERMITTING ANALYSIS : Since Staff had all ready moved forward with this project, the effort expended to date can and will be utilized in the future should the assessment process continue in the near future planning horizon. Currently FDEP permits have been received. The FDEP Permit allows the Department to construction the proposed utilities within a 5-year period from the date of Permit issuance. The 5-year time may be extended an additional 5-years which would allow a maximum Permit Term of 10-years from the date of issuance. The construction plans can be "shelved" and later brought back under the bidding and construction phase portion of the work should the project move forward.
