fy <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2001-015 setting a time and place at which the <br />owners of property on 34`h Avenue, 35th Avenue, and <br />intersecting streets in the Grovenor Estates Subdivision and <br />other interested persons may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability <br />of making paving and drainage improvements to said property <br />as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, and <br />as to the amount thereof to be specially assessed against each <br />property benefitted thereby. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 015 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br />PROPERTY ON 34T1I AVENUE, 35TH AVENUE AND <br />INTERSECTING STREETS IN THE GROVENOR ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br />APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY <br />AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE COST <br />THEREOF AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, <br />AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br />ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITTED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No.01 4 determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br />of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br />described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br />completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />February 13, 2001 <br />129 <br />61( 117P6 141 <br />
