Please notify Paula Roberts, Program Coordinator, at the FAC office if you would like <br />additional times assigned to you. <br />By participating in this program, you are responsible for arranging appointments <br />with legislators andfor state agency officials, cost of transportation, lodging, and <br />meals. For your convenience, FAC has reserved rooms for each week through session <br />at the Double Tree Hotel located at 101 South Adams Street (just down the block from <br />the FAC office). The room rate will be $119 per night. You may make your <br />reservations by calling (850)224-5000. You will need a credit card and the following to <br />reserve your room at the given rate: <br />confirmation number: 213088 <br />Individual reservations must be canceled up to 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. on the date <br />of arrival to avoid penalty of first night's room and tax. <br />Enclosed is an itinerary form to assist with your travel plans and legislative activities. <br />Please fax your travel plans and appointment schedule to Ms. Roberts at <br />(850)488-7192 one week prior to your arrival This is to allow FAC to cancel any hotel <br />rooms that have not been reserved and to better prepare for your visit. A week prior to <br />your arrival a preliminary legislative calendar for the Florida House of Representatives <br />and Florida Senate may be found on the Internet at www.Ieq.state fl us.
