McCoy, AICP <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />SUBJECT: Grand Harbor LTD Request for Abandonment of a 6 Foot Wide Strip of <br />Via Marbella Boulevard Right-of-way within Grand Harbor <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given foiuial consideration by the Board <br />of County Commissioners at its regular date of February 5, 2002. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Grand Harbor, LTD has submitted a petition to abandon a 6' wide strip of a segment of <br />Via Marbella Boulevard located in the northern section of the Grand Harbor <br />Development.
