CHAIRMAN RUTH M. STANBRIDGE - UPDATES <br />Chairman Stanbridge stated that she will be in Tallahassee on Tuesday, February 12, <br />2002 regarding Amtrak and stormwater. Vice Chairman Tippin will chair the meeting on <br />that date. <br />13.D. COMMISSIONER CAROLINE D. GINN - REPORT ON <br />THE STATE'S QUALITY IMPROVEMENT REVIEW OF <br />THE COUNTY'S HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />Commissioner Ginn expressed kudos to Health Department Director Jean Kline for <br />the County's Health Department's excellent report on a recent Quality Improvement Review. <br />This review deals with records, immunizations, innovative programs and patient care. <br />Indian River County's Health Department is held up as the model health department of all <br />67 Florida counties. She wished everyone could have attended because it was a 5 -star <br />performance by the staff and Director Kline. <br />13.E. COMMISSIONER KENNETH R.
