INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION, INC. -2002 COUNTY FAIR <br />AGREEMENT <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of January 30, 2002: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney <br />RE: Agreement with Indian River County <br />Fair Association, Inc.; 2002 County Fair <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />attached proposed agreement with the Indian River County Fair Association, Inc., <br />and authorize the Chairman to execute it. <br />Discussion: <br />The Indian River County Fair Association, Inc., is preparing to operate the <br />annual County fair at the Indian River County Fairgrounds. Attached is a <br />proposed agreement for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Agreement for the 2002 <br />County Fair with the Indian River County Fair <br />Association, Inc., as recommended by staff. <br />FEBRUARY 5, 2002 <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />-28- <br />0 <br />
