Request for Final Plat Approval for a <br />Subdivision to be known as Waters Edge Plat II. <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given fotinal consideration by the Board of <br />County Commissioners at its regular meeting of February 5 2002. <br />D ESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Waters Edge Plat II is a 36 lot single-family subdivision located on the south side of I" Street <br />SW and north of the South Relief Canal, east of The Vineyards subdivision and west of Waters <br />E dge Plat I. The property is zoned RS -6 (Residential Single -Family, up to 6 units /acre) and has <br />an L-2 land use designation, low density 2 (up to 6 units per acre). The density of the subdivision <br />is 2.74 units per acre. <br />At its regular meeting of June 10, 1999,the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval tor the overall Waters Edge (f/k/a Oleander Gardens) project, which <br />covers the Plat I and Plat II area. Waters Edge I is complete and approved.
