Keating, AICP <br />Cominuniry Development Director <br />71/1 <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director <br />FROM: Mark Zans <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: January 14, 2002 <br />SUBJECT: Henry Muller's Request for Final Plat Approval for Oak Island <br />Phase 1I Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of February 5, 2002. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Oak Island Phase II is a 6 lot subdivision located immediately west of the existing Oak Island <br />Phase I development. Both phases are located on the north side of 73rd Street just east of U.S. <br />Highway 1. The Phase II property is zoned Rel -3 (Residential NIulti-family up to 3 units/acre) and <br />has an L-2 (Low Density 2 up to 6 units/acre) land use designation. <br />On January 22, 1998, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat and site plan <br />approval for the entire project, including Phase II. Development of the 6 proposed units will proceed <br />under the parameters of the approved site plan and inspections will be conducted via the site plan <br />development inspection procedures. Final plat approval and recording will create individual lots that <br />FEBRUARY 5, 2002 <br />-33- <br />r. <br />
