ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2003-009 amending the Zoning Ordinance anc <br />the accompanying Zoning Map for 38.14 acres located on the <br />north side of 13" Street SW approximately 1100 feet west of <br />43' Avenue from A4, Agricultural District (up to I unit/5 <br />acres) to RS -3, Residential District (up to 3 units/acre); and <br />providing codification, severability, and effective date. <br />9.A.3.
