ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board, <br />by a 4-1 vote (Commissioner Ginn opposed) (A) <br />approved the conceptual PD plan and the rezoning <br />to PD commercial with the conditions that, prior to <br />site plan release, the sign package shall be approved <br />by staff and the applicant shall obtain authorization <br />from the Florida Department of Transportation to <br />construct parking and other proposed improvements <br />within the FDOT drainage easement, or provide the <br />County Attorney's office with other documents that <br />allow the paving improvements within the easement, <br />and (B) adopted Ordinance 2002-010 amending the <br />Zoning Ordinance and the accompanying Zoning <br />Map from CG to PD -Commercial for the property <br />located on the south side of S.R. 60 at 5001 S.R. 60 <br />(McNab & McNab "V", Inc. - Sonny's Bar -B -Q). <br />MARCH 12, 2002 <br />-78- <br />BR c.i PG 3 i 7 <br />
