RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 024 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION- OF DISTRICT FOUR <br />MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH <br />RESPECT TO SR 656 (17TH STREET CAUSEWAY) <br />HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION. <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation wishes to <br />install$60,000 worth of landscaping/irrigation in the medians and borders of the travel way <br />within the right-of-way of SR656, 17th Street Causeway; and <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the Department's installation of landscaping <br />improvements they wish Indian River County to maintain the installed landscaping. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Chairman is <br />authorized to execute District Four Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement DSF- <br />Maintenance as described above. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Stanbri dQe and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />the vote was as follows: Ti as i n , and, upon being put to a vote, <br />Commissioner Caroline D.
