Sean McGuire, P.E. <br />Project Engineer <br />Repair Livestock Pavilion <br />IRC Project 0116 <br />Final Payment (Release of Retainage) <br />DATE: March 11, 2002 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />This project was awarded to Jim Wright Construction, Inc. on October 2, 2001 with a contract <br />amount of $152,000. Work was substantially completed on the contract completion date of January <br />22, 2002. <br />All "punch list" deficiencies in the work have been repaired and all warranties and other contract <br />required close-out documents have been submitted. Jim Wright has requested, and is entitled to, <br />a full release of retainage. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Board authorize the final payment for release of retainage, in the amount <br />of $15,200 Funding is from account #315-210-572-066.51. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Application for Payment No. 5 — Final (Release of Retainage) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />final payment for release of retainage, in the amount of $15,200 <br />to Jim Wright Construction, Inc., as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />DOCUMFN F WILL BE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />7.J.
