Windsor Properties, Inc., is requesting final plat approval through its agent, Knight, McGuire & <br />Associates, Inc., and has submitted the following: <br />1. A final plat in confoimance with the approved preliminary PD plan/plat. <br />2. A certified engineer's cost estimate for constriction of the remaining required <br />improvements. <br />3. A contract for construction for the remaining required improvements. <br />4. A Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement to guarantee the contract for construction. <br />The applicant has constricted some of the required subdivision improvements, and will need to <br />bond -out for the remaining required improvements The certified cost estimate for these <br />remaining improvements has been approved by the Public Works Department, Planning <br />Department, and the County Department of Utility Services. The contract for constniction has <br />been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney's Office. Upon execution of the contract <br />and acceptance of the posted security, all requirements of final plat approval will have been met. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners: <br />1. Grant final plat approval for Windsor Plat 24, and <br />2. Authorize the Chairman to sign the contract for construction and sign the Cash <br />Escrow Agreement. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
