ORDINANCE NO. 2002- 007 <br />{2) All plans shall have the stamp of approval of thc electrical <br />inspector before a construction permit is issued. <br />{3) If an existing wiring system which does not conform to the <br />present Code is remodeled or added to and such changes cover more <br />than fifty (50) percent of the nonconforming cxisting system, thcn the <br />entire system shall be reconstructed to conform to this Code. <br />(1) A circuit of an existing system which docs not conform to this <br />Code shall not be extended or added to until the entire circuit shall <br />have been reconstructed to conform to this Codc <br />Section 401.21.
