ORDINANCE NO. 2002-005 <br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LESS AND EXCEPT <br />THE FOLLOWING EAST 300 FEET OF THE NORTH 766 FEET OF THE EAST <br />HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF <br />SECTION 26 TOWNSHIP 32, SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />CONTAINING 34.33 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />Be changed from RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District (up to 6 units/acre), to RM -8, <br />Multiple -Family Residential District (Up to 8 units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of f Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 5`h day of March, 2002. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 20`h day of February, 2002, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 5th day of March, 2002, at which time it was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Macht , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Ruth M.
