Thompson, P.E., <br />Capital Projects Manager— <br />SUBJECT: Kings Highway Phase I, Construction Services <br />Final Release of Retainage <br />DATE: February 13, 2001 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Kimley-Horn is requesting final release of retainage in the amount of 58,653.45 for construction <br />services on Phase I of Kings Highway. Design of Phase II Improvements is 100% complete and <br />will be advertised for bid when critical right-of-way issues have been resolved. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Final Release of Retainage in the amount of 58,653.45. Funding is from <br />Account 101-158-541 067.31. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />Final Payment Application <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Stanbridge, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht absent) approved Final Release of <br />Retainage in the amount of $8,653.45 be paid to Kimley-Horn <br />and Associates, Inc., as recommended in the memorandum. <br />COPY OF RELEASE OF RETAINAGE IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />March 6, 2001 - <br />120 <br />BK 7 PG 79 <br />
