ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Stanbridge, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Macht absent) modified the concurrency <br />determination application fee by approving the revised planning <br />division fee schedule as presented in the backup, as <br />recommended in the memorandum. <br />7.E. Appointment of Adam S. Bolinger to the Land Acquisition <br />Advisory Committee (LAAC) to Fill Vacancy Caused by Resignation <br />of Bob Swift <br />The Board reviewed a letter of February 26, 2001: <br />To: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />Date: February 26, 2001 <br />Subject: Appointment to the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee (LAAC) <br />From: Kenneth R. Macht <br />Commissioner <br />At the meeting on December 5, 2000 the Board approved the resignation of Bob Swift from the <br />LAAC leaving a vacancy for a developer representative.
