Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />• <br />HE <br />• <br />1 <br />CONCURRENCE: <br />' .. ert M.' eating, AI <br />Community Development Director <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director <br />FROM: Mark Zans r' <br />Planner, Current Development <br />• <br />DATE: February 14. 2001 <br />SUBJECT: Vineyard Development Corporation Request for Final Plat Approval for The <br />Vineyard Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of March 6, 2001. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The Vineyard Subdivision is a 59 lot subdivision of a 28.3 acre parcel that is located on the east side <br />of 43rd Avenue, south of 1' Street S.W. and immediately north of the South Relief Canal. The <br />property is zoned RS -6 ( Residential Single-family up to 6 units/acre) and has an L-2 (Low Density <br />2 up to 6 units / acre) land use designation. The density of the subdivision is 2.1 units/acre. <br />On July 13, 2000 . the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for The <br />Vineyard Subdivision The developer, Vineyard Development Corporation, subsequently obtained <br />a land development permit and has completed some of the construction of the required subdivision <br />improvements. The developer is now requesting final plat approval and has submitted the following: <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, and <br />2.
