Discussion was held and Director Keating responded to Commissioners' questions. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously upheld the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission's decision to deny the <br />request to rezone the subject property from CL to CG. <br />In response to Commissioner Adams as to a time frame, Environmental & Code <br />Enforcement ChiefRoland DeBlois advised that a Code Enforcement Board order has given <br />them to May 16 to resolve the issue.
