PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEMS - TOMMY MCDOUGALD - "ON <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT, ALSO CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS AT <br />THE HIGHLANDS" <br />['he Board reviewed a letter of April 2, 2002: <br />April 2, 2002 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />1840 25th Street <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />I request permission to address the Commission at the meeting of April <br />16, 2002, on Code Enforcement, also certain assessments at the <br />Highlands. <br />Yours truly, <br />Tommy McDougald <br />Tommy McDougald thanked Commissioner Adams and stated that she had made <br />a big impact on his life. He commented that he had purchased one of the original 700 homes <br />built in the Highlands which are all a part of a homeowners' association. He was attempting <br />to get some information regarding the homeowners' association assessments of $240 <br />annually. He believed that the assessment funds are being allocated to the Gifford <br />swimming pool and Gifford Youth Activity Center which he does not use. <br />APRIL 16, 2002 <br />-25- <br />R. <br />
