Leet advised that her request was to ask the County to assume ownership of the <br /> road and to agree to maintain it . <br /> MOVED BY Commissioner Tippin , SECONDED by Vice <br /> Chairman Stanbridge , to assume maintenance and accept the <br /> right- of- way of the road . <br /> Assistant Administrator Baird advised that he has met with them and they have done <br /> a good job in trying to comply . He suggested the Board may want to give them a letter of <br /> support to include in their application . <br /> THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br /> carried unanimously . (Accept road right - of- way and agree to <br /> maintain it . ) <br /> ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Stanbridge , SECONDED BY <br /> Commissioner Adams , the Board unanimously approved a letter <br /> of support for the application of the FCEP .
