Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: March 19, 2002 <br />SUBJECT: Chase Meadows Subdivision - Modification to Contract for <br />Construction of Required Improvements <br />On May 15, 2001 the Board of County Commissioners approved Contract for <br />Construction of Required Improvements No. SD -00 -06 -07 -CFC (93050013- <br />26511) in connection with the plat of Chase Meadows Subdivision. Sufficient <br />security in the form of a Letter of Credit was posted with Indian River County to <br />guarantee the installation of required improvements. <br />All required improvements have been completed with the exception of internal <br />sidewalks, and the developer has requested an extension of time to complete <br />those improvements to May 14, 2003. Developer agrees to extend the security <br />to August 14, 2003 and will reduce the amount to $17 910.10, representing <br />115% of the cost of construction of the internal sidewalk improvements.
