Planning Director Stan Boling commented that this is a minimal amendment for the
original DRI approved in 1981. The southern portion of the property is still undeveloped.
The eastern portion of that southern portion will consist of UO single-familyunits
the western portion will allow mobile homes. There is no change in the total number of
units.
The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in
this matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing.
ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams,
SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board
unanimously determined that the request does not
constitute a substantial deviation and adopted
Resolution 2002-018 amending the Development
Order (DO) approved by the Board of County
Commissioners for the Development of Regional
Impact (DRI) project formerly known as Village
Green West & Village Green South, subsequently
known as Countryside North & Countryside South
and now known as Countryside Mobile Home Park,
Vero Palm Estates Mobile Home Park, and Blue
Water Subdivision.
APRIL 2, 2002
•
-79-
;s
'r2
rLl L
