Adams, Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn, Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht, County <br />Administrator James E. Chandler, County Attorney Paul G. Bangel and outside counsel <br />Michael T. Burke will be present. Except for those individuals and certified court reporter <br />Nancy Hodges or another certified court reporter, no other persons will be present. The <br />estimated length of the attorney-client session is about forty-five (45) minutes, and it may <br />be continued from time to time upon notice. At the conclusion of the attorney-client <br />session the meeting will be reopened, and the chairman should then announce the <br />termination of the session. <br />The County Administrator's Executive Secretary/Assistant should kindly place a <br />notice of this Pending Litigation Attorney -Client Session upon the Board s regular weekly <br />calendar and on the meeting agenda as notice to the public of the conduct of the attorney- <br />client session. A certified court reporter will be engaged by this office and will be present <br />to record the entire session. The transcript will be made part of the public record upon <br />conclusion of the litigation. <br />The proposed agenda for the Pending Litigation Attorney -Client session is as <br />follows: <br />1. The county attorney advises that he desires advice concerning pending <br />litigation in the case of Ronnie D Baker and Mane B. Baker v. James E. <br />Chandler, individually and as the Administrator of Indian River County, <br />Florida; Indian River County, Florida; and Kenneth R. Macht; The Estate of <br />Carolyn E. Eggert, Deceased; Caroline D. Ginn; John W. Trppin; and Fran <br />B. Adams, individually and as members of the Indian River County <br />Commission; Appeal No. 01 -15653 -II, United States Court of Appeals for the <br />Eleventh Circuit. <br />2. The Chairman announces commencement of a Pending Litigation Attorney - <br />Client session, that the estimated length of the attorney-client session is <br />forty-five (45) minutes, that Chairman Ruth M..Stanbridge, Vice Chairman <br />John W. Trppin, Commissioner Fran B. Adams, Commissioner Caroline D. <br />Ginn, and Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht, (as may be applicable), and <br />County Administrator James E. Chandler, County Attorney Paul G Bangel, <br />and outside counsel Michael T. Burke will attend the attorney-client session, <br />and that the entire session will be recorded by certified court reporter Nancy <br />Hodges or another certified court reporter who will be present. <br />3. The attorney-client session convenes in Conference Room "B". <br />4.
