• <br />At approximately 11:25 a.m., Chairman Stanbridge recessed the meeting in the <br />Chambers to be reconvened in Conference Room B. <br />At approximately 11:55 a.m., Chairman Stanbridge reconvened the meeting in the <br />Chambers and made the following announcement: <br />I hereby announce that the private Pending Litigation Attorney -Client Session <br />regarding Ronnie D. Baker and Marie B. Baker versus James E. Chandler, <br />individually and as the Administrator of Indian River County, Florida; Indian River <br />County, Florida; and Kenneth R. Macht; The Estate of Carolyn E. Eggert, Deceased; <br />Caroline D. Ginn; John W. Ti»Pin; and Fran B. Adams, individually and as members <br />of the Indian River County Commission; Appeal No. 01 -15653 -II, United States Court <br />of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, is terminated (The Chair will entertain any <br />motions that may be appropriate). <br />NO ACTION TAKEN. <br />County Attorney Paul Bangel announced the termination of the attorney-client session <br />and the Board's meeting.
