DeB1o.;,�P <br />Chief, Environmental Planning <br />DATE: March 28, 2001 <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Amended Purchaser's Reconciliation of Total Project Costs Statement: <br />Cost -Share Purchase of the Andre Parcels of the Oyster Bar Salt Marsh Environmental <br />Land Acquisition Project <br />It is requested that the information herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of April 3, 2001. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners. at a public hearing on November 7. 2000, approved county purchase <br />of the ± 90.61 acre Simmons and Andre parcels of the Oyster Bar Salt Marsh project using environmental <br />land bond funds. Closing of the purchase occurred on March 15, 2001, with 50% cost -share funding from <br />the Florida Communities Trust (FCT). ` <br />Prior to closing, on February 20, 2001, the Board approved two "Purchaser's Reconciliation of Total Project <br />Costs" statements. one each for the Simmons and Andre parcels.
