8.A. CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS AND GOVERNMENTAL <br />AGENCIES <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SHERIFF - ROY RAYMOND <br />FORFEITURE TRUST FUND <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Chairman O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Sheriff's request for $3,873.98 from their Law <br />Enforcement Trust Fund be used to support the Drug <br />Abuse Resistance Education program (D A R E ), and the <br />Florida Missing Children's Day ceremony, as requested in <br />the letter of March 19, 2007. $2,873.98 would go to the <br />DARE program to purchase program materials, and <br />$1,000.00 would be used to support the annual Florida <br />Missing Children's Day ceremony, as requested in the <br />letter of March 19, 2007. <br />8.B. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS - KAY CLEM <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT <br />(Clerk's Note: this Item was heard prior to Item S.A. and is placed here for <br />continuity). <br />Kay Clem, Supervisor of Elections, requested that the $61,462.00 earned by <br />conducting municipal elections be rolled over into the Department's Budget to help cover the <br />costs of installation of their EVID electronic poll registers. <br />April 3, 2007 17 <br />81< 132 <br />.J <br />
