Map depicting easement proposed for release <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2002-030 releasing a portion of an easement on <br />Lot 9, Block A Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 5. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - 030 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 9, BLOCK A, INDIAN RIVER <br />HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT 5 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot <br />9, Block A, Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 5; and <br />WHEREAS, retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County Honda that: <br />MMM <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />ROBERT P. SMITH & DEBRA F. SMITH <br />285 22ND AVENUE <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32962-2658 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement portion: <br />the south one foot of the north twelve foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 9, <br />BlockA,Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 5, less and except the west twelve feet of said Lot, <br />according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 8, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />May 14, 2002 <br />20 <br />
