The Sheriff s <br /> Office shall provide the required 50% matching funds ( $34,478.00) from the Law Enforcement <br /> Forfeiture Trust Fund. <br /> The Sheriffs Office original application approved by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> (Resolution No. 2001 -021A) had requested 75 % funding ($51 ,717.00). Pursuant to Section <br /> 66B-2 Florida Administrative Code Rule 2.005(4) the amount of eligible funding for the <br /> Sheriffs Office Law Enforcement Patrol & Rescue Vessel project is limited to 50% of all project <br /> costs. <br /> The attached and revised Resolution for Assistance reflects the necessary changes and requires <br /> signature by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners in order to comply with <br /> technical sufficiency.
