' s Request for Extension of Site Plan Approval for a Multi-Famil r Residential Project to be Known as Fero Beach Apartments SP-MA-00-05-27 / 99090118-22735 It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of Countv Commissioners at its regular meeting of May 15 , 2001 . DFSCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS On April 27 , 2000, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted conditional major site plan approval to construct a 176 unit multi- family, market rate apartment complex . Approval was given to construct the facility at 7590 20' Street . The current expiration date of the site plan approval is April 27, 2001 . The applicant ' s attorney has filed a request, which was received on April 2 , 2001 , to extend the site plan approval expiration date . According to the applicant, the site plan extension request is needed to finalize construction plans and to select a contractor for the project . In addition, the applicant has not yet been issued an environmental resource permit from St. John ' s River Water Management District and obtaining that permit is a condition of site plan approval for this project .
