DAUGHERTY, STAFF ASSISTANT IV <br />J <br />DOMESTIC WASTEWATER RESIDUAL AGREEMENT <br />B & B HALLIDAY, INC. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />B & B Halliday, Inc., owns and operates a domestic wastewater treatment facility permitted as the <br />Riverview Mobile Villas, located at 8600 US Highway # 1, Micco, Florida Attached herewith is <br />an Agreement for Treatment and Disposal of Domestic Wastewater Residuals. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The County operates and maintains a publicly -owned Residual Management Facility, (dewatering <br />facility), at the Central Regional WWTF, Florida Permit Number FLA -010434-001 which is <br />capable of accepting domestic wastewater residuals from outside sources. The facility has been <br />given approval, and is operating under Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) <br />permit, in compliance with Flonda Administrative Code, (FAC), Chapter 62-640, to properly <br />treat and dispose of domestic wastewater residuals. <br />The Customer, (B & B Halliday, Inc.), will engage a licensed, insured hauler to bring the <br />wastewater residuals from the Riverview Mobile Villas to the Central Regional WWTF for <br />treatment. River Mobile Villas will be charged the prevailing rates as shown on the Schedule of <br />Water and Sewer Rates, Fees, and Charges, attached to the Agreement and labeled `Exhibit A". <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />The Staff of the Department of Utilities Services recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners approve the attached Domestic Wastewater Residual Agreement as presented. <br />and authorize the Chairman to execute the same. <br />\jhd <br />Attachments <br />May 22, 2001 <br />18 <br />BF( PG 2 7 4 <br />
