• <br />Brian Heady read from a prepared statement expressing his view that County <br />government is oppressive and willing to jail dissenters. He also believed the County <br />government had sold, given away and leased out office space, creating its own space needs <br />problems. He believed the new County offices are being planned "off camera" and that no <br />public dialogue is allowed. He asked whether it would be possible to set a time and date <br />where he could address his grievances, and Chairman Stanbridge commented that times and <br />dates for agenda items are set by staff and administration. <br />Chairman Stanbridge asked Mr Heady to provide a written list of his grievances <br />which could then be calendared for public hearing and thanked him for his comments. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN <br />9.B.2.
