<br /> and Barbara McGriff, located at 4355 23 `d Court , declared the
<br /> structures a nuisance , ordered the buildings demolished with
<br /> related debris removed from the property by a private vendor
<br /> approved through standard bid procedures ; adopted Resolution
<br /> No . 2001 - 048 providing for the demolition of unsafe structures11
<br /> and the recovery of costs ; authorized the Building Official to
<br /> report the County ' s demolition and debris removal cost for eache `
<br /> structure for the County Attorney for the preparation and
<br /> recording of a lien to be placed on the real property of the owner
<br /> of each demolished unsafe structure for the purpose of
<br /> recovering the County ' s costs . )
