ACTS Retirement - Life Communities, Inc. , d/b/a Indian River <br /> Estates - Water and Sewer Easement Swap - Buildings H & J <br /> The Board reviewed a Memorandum of April 30 , 2001 : <br /> TO : Board of County Commissioners <br /> FROM : (. t'(, William G . Collins III , Deputy County Attorney <br /> RE : Water and Sewer Easement Swap at Indian River Estates <br /> Discussion .- <br /> In <br /> iscussion .- <br /> In 1989 Indian River Estates installed a water line and a sewer line , and subsequently gave <br /> Indian River County an easement and a bill of sale for those utility facilities . <br /> Recent expansion of Indian River Estates , specifically buildings H & J , required relocation <br /> of those existing water and sewer lines . On March 26 , 2001 , ACTS Retirement - Life <br /> Communities Inc . , d/b/a Indian River Estates , executed and delivered a new easement and <br /> bill of sale of utility facilities to Indian River County covering the water and sewer lines as <br /> they are currently located . <br /> They are now requesting a partial release of the easement for the property no longer being <br /> utilized . <br /> Recommendation : <br /> Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached partial release of easement. <br /> Attachments <br /> May 8 , 2001 <br /> 21 <br />
