The closing , %acation . abandonment, of this public right -of- wav is in the best interests of the public . 3 . Notice of the adopting of this resolution shall be forth �% ith published once within thirty ( 30 days from the date of adoption hereof: and 4 . Title to the rigzht -of- %� a � described in Section 13 above shall gest in the o �sner of those Truct, from which said right -of- wav was originally severed .
