ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SI-tCONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously lifted the <br />confidentiality of appraisals previously invoked pursuant to <br />Florida Statute 125.355, effective 8:30 a.m., Friday, June 21, <br />2002, thus allowing a proposed offer for the purchase of the <br />Lost Tree Islands to be considered by the Board on July 23, <br />2002, as recommended in the memorandum. <br />7. Fell, Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: June 5, 2002 <br />RE: Sea Oaks Dune House Pointe — Water & Sewer <br />Improvements — Cash Deposit & Escrow Agreement <br />Sea Oaks Investments Ltd. as developer has signed and delivered an Easement <br />and Bill of Sale of Utilities Facilities to the County for water and sewer <br />improvements for the referenced project.
