National Association of Counties (NACo) Voting Delegate - <br />Commissioner Ken Macht <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of June 12, 2002: <br />To: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />Date: June 12, 2002 <br />Subject: NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES (NACo) <br />VOTING DELEGATE <br />From. Kimberly Massung <br />Executive Aide to the Board <br />Commissioner Ken Macht will be attending the annual National Association of Counties (NACo) <br />annual conference July 12-16 2002 in New Orleans, Louisana as approved by the Board on <br />April 2, 2002. <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to sign the <br />attached Voting Delegate Nomination form designating Commissioner Macht as Indian River <br />County s voting delegate for this conference. <br />Attachments: NACo Voting Delegate Nomination form <br />NACo 2002 Voting Process <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously authorized the <br />Chairman to sign the proposed Voting Delegate Nomination <br />form designating Commissioner Macht as Indian River <br />County's voting delegate for the National Association of <br />Counties (NACo) Conference, as recommended in the <br />Memorandum. <br />June 18, 2002 <br />24 <br />
