THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously. (Committee's recommendations as found <br />on pages 11 and 12 of their report.) <br />Chairman Stanbridge then requested a motion on the resolution to sunset the Space <br />Needs Committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2002-039 sunsetting the Space Needs <br />Committee and discharging, with special thanks, its members. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-039 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUNSETTING THE <br />SPACE NEEDS COMMITTEE AND <br />DISCHARGING, WITH SPECIAL THANKS, ITS <br />MEMBERS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, The Code of Indian River County <br />(Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a <br />current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; and <br />WHEREAS, the anticipated function of the Space Needs Committee has become <br />moot and the members have fulfilled their assignment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Space Needs Committee is hereby sunsetted, and <br />the members of the Space Needs Committee are hereby discharged of their duties with <br />deep appreciation. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Tippin, and the motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Ginn, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />June 18, 2002 <br />48 <br />P <br />
