<br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard
<br /> regarding this matter .
<br /> Attorney Bruce Barkett of 756 Beachland Boulevard, representing the applicant ,
<br /> stated that he is present to answer any questions .
<br /> The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter . There
<br /> being none , the Chairman closed the public hearing ,
<br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht ,
<br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin , the Board,
<br /> by a 4 - 0 vote (Chairman Ginn absent) unanimously
<br /> adopted Ordinance 2001 - 015 amending the zoning
<br /> ordinance and the accompanying zoning map for
<br /> 18 . 7 acres located on the south side of 41 " Street
<br /> approximately a quarter mile east of 43 `d Avenue
<br /> from CG to IL (Thomas S . Hammond) ,
