Napier, SRPA, SRA boo/ <br />Right -of -Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Request from Dolores Roberts for the County to <br />Return a Parcel of Land Previously Deeded to the County <br />DATE: May 22, 2002 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On June 23, 1998, Dolores Roberts gave to the County by Quit -Claim Deed, a strip of <br />land described by strip conveyance, to be used as road right-of-way for 36th Avenue In <br />return the County was to pave the road if all of the property owners along the road would <br />donate right-of-way. The County has not been able to accomplish the paving work to <br />date, since several property owners will not donate right-of-way. Ms. Roberts has asked <br />that her portion of the land be re -conveyed to her by County Deed.
