• • <br />As allowed under provisions of the LDRs, the developer is requesting a full one year extension <br />of the site plan approval expiration date. Pursuant to Chapter 914 of the LDRs, the Board of <br />County Commissioners may deny approve or approve with additional conditions the requested <br />site plan extension. Staff has no objections to the Board granting the request since the previously <br />approved site plan and corresponding approval conditions substantially conform to existing LDR <br />requirements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve King Baptist Church's <br />request for a one-year extension of the conditional site plan approval with all original approval <br />conditions to remain in effect. The new site plan approval expiration date will be May 8, 2003. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1. Request Letter <br />2. Location Map <br />3. Site Plan <br />4.
