3 y <br /> t ; <br /> f <br /> • <br /> I <br /> I <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> I <br /> HONORING <br /> REPRESENTATIVE BOB ALLEN <br /> WHEREAS , the Honorable Bob Allen , State Representative for District <br /> 32 , has done an outstanding job in his first year as a Freshman Legislator; and <br /> WHEREAS , while serving on the Transportation Economic Development <br /> Appropriations Committee , Representative Allen represented Indian River County - <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , Representative Allen was successful in the acquisition of a <br /> $ 250 , 000 State grant for the Old Fellsmere School renovation , assisted in <br /> obtaining a grant for McKee Botanical Gardens , and was instrumental in assuring <br /> that funding for the widening of State Road 60 west of 1 - 95 stayed in the State <br /> budget . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS , INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board <br /> recognizes the accomplishments of Representative Bob Allen , and thanks him for <br /> his efforts on behalf of Indian River County . <br /> Adopted this 5th day of June , 2001 . <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br /> Caroline D .
