<br /> George Kahle , 6020 5 " Street SW, had no objection to the O ' Haire proposal . His
<br /> family is involved in the Pointe West development and he recited the time and money
<br /> involved in developing that proposal to meet the regulations .
<br /> Greg Bossart, 7835 1 " Street SW, asked the Board to reject all proposals .
<br /> Rebecca Barkett, 6315 4 " Street, was opposed to any changes to the Lane Use Plan .

<br /> Ted Angell , 5955 4" Street, also expressed his opposition to the proposals .
<br /> Mary Wood , 220 Sopwith Drive , was opposed to any changes .
<br /> Peter Speliotis felt that all of the people speaking in opposition today are committed
<br /> to their lifestyle and do not want to see changes made .
<br /> In response to questioning, Deputy County Attorney Will Collins explained that the
<br /> Bert Harris Property Rights Act simply concerns any regulation or change after May 11 ,
<br /> 1995 which imposes undue economic burden on someone ' s property and allows a claim to
<br /> be made if such burden can be proven . He did not believe that Act would apply in these
<br /> instances .
<br /> The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter . There
<br /> being none , the Chairman closed the public hearing .
