• <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard with regard to this matter. <br />There being none, she closed the public hearing. <br />JULY 16, 2002 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />granted special exception use approval for "Ansley <br />Park" with the following conditions: (1) that <br />Caribbean fruit fly host plants are prohibited within <br />the project area; (2) that prior to the issuance of a <br />land development permit, the developer shall (a) <br />obtain release of the Murphy Act Easement, (b) <br />provide a fence or barrier that is acceptable to <br />environmental planning staff between the lots and <br />conservation area, (c) obtain planning division <br />approval of detailed final landscape plans for the <br />proposed buffers, common areas, and <br />recreation/park tracts, (d) obtain planning staff <br />and (e) <br />obtain planning staff approval of a final detailed the <br />tree preservation plan including a graphic exhibit as <br />described in Item #13 of staff's report; (3) that prior <br />to or via the final plat, the developer shall: (a) <br />dedicate the depicted upland and wetland <br />conservation easements, (b) install the depicted and <br />approved perimeter buffer(s), (c) place a restriction <br />-41- <br />• <br />
