ORDINANCE NO. 2002-023 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />THE NORTH 624 FEET LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ROAD PURPOSES AND <br />DRAINAGE DITCHES AS NOW ESTABLISHED, OF TRACT 9, SECTIO\ 31, <br />TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, AS SUCH TRACT IS DESIGNATED ON <br />LAST GENERAL PLAT OF LANDS OF THE INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY <br />FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF ST. LUCIE <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />is changed from A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres) to RS -6, Single-family Residential <br />District (up to 6 units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 16th day of July, 2002. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 3`d day of July, 2002, for a public <br />hearing to be held on the 16th day of July, 2002, at which time it was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Ti ppi n , seconded by Commissioner Adams , and adopted by <br />the following vote: <br />Chairman Ruth M.
