Commissioner Adams commented that the Clontz development was a site of greater <br />than 20 acres, the adjoining node was over 70% built out, water and sewer were available, <br />and there was a major arterial road. None of the other developments considered at that time <br />fell into those categories. <br />Chairman Stanbridge noted that the Beuttell property would be a candidate for an <br />affidavit of exemption application or for an agricultural PD application. <br />MOTION WAS CLARIFIED by Commissioner <br />Ginn, SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, to <br />approve the recommendation of staff to deny this <br />request to change the land use designation and <br />zoning of the subject property and to expand the <br />urban service area. <br />THE CI 'AIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br />the Motion passed unanimously. <br />9.B.1.
