4. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY <br />ITEMS <br />Chairman Stanbridge requested the following changes to today's Agenda: <br />1. Add Additional Backup to Item 9.A., Ordinance 2002-021 - 10 Local <br />Government Infrastructure Sales Surtax. <br />2. Add Item 9 C.2(d) which was omitted from the Agenda but included in the <br />backup, Consideration of Option Agreements for Sale and Purchase of the <br />Hallstrom Properties Inc. and St Lucie Development Corporation Parcels of <br />the Hallstrom Farmstead Site (Legislative). <br />3. Defer Item 11.G.4., CR -512 Phase III Right -of -Way Acquisition, Robert <br />Denton, Jr (Eminent Domain Proceeding) to July 9, 2002. <br />4. Add Item 11.G.7., Presentation Regarding Damage at North County Regional <br />Park Pool - Weller Pools. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously made the above changes to the <br />Agenda. <br />5.
