The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone, base flood elevation 22.6 ft. <br />N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated June 13, 2002, a waiver of the <br />cut and fill req 1irement:-) is requested. The lot area is 1.08 acres The volume of the 100 -year <br />floodplain displaced by the proposed grading plan is estimated to be 477.8 cubic yards. <br />ALTERNATIVES AN'D ANALYSIS <br />The waiver request has been reviewed by staff and appears to meet the criteria of Section <br />930.07(2)(d)4. of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance for lots located in the <br />Vero Lake Estates Municipal Services Taxing Unit. <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of Section 930.07(2)(d)4. <br />JULY 2, 2002 <br />-22- <br />
