• <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Tippin, the Board unanimously approved Fidelity <br />Federal Bank & Trust's request for a one-year extension of the <br />conditional site plan approval with all original approval <br />conditions to remain in effect, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. The new site plan approval expiration date will <br />be August 9, 2003. <br />7.1.
