exemption will be coming back to the Board in the near future. <br />It was determined that no one else wished to be heard and the Chairman closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2001-067 confirming the special assessments in <br />connection with the Phase III -C water expansion in the City of <br />Sebastian, Florida, (between Laconia and Barber Streets and <br />between Bayfront Terrace and Rolling Hills/Lansdowne); <br />providing for special assessment liens to be made of record. <br />RESOLUTION NO, 2001- 067 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PHASE III -C <br />WATER EXPANSION IN THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA (BETWEEN <br />LACONIA AND BARBER STREETS AND BETWEEN BAYFRONT <br />TERRACE AND ROLLING HILLS/LANSDOWNE); PROVIDING FOR <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 2001-061, determined to make special assessments against certain <br />properties to be serviced by a water main extension (between Laconia and Barber <br />Streets and between Rolling Hills Drive and Bayfront Terrace in the City of Sebastian, <br />Florida); and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 2001-062 which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br />owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br />chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />July 24, 2001 <br />32 <br />
